Step 1  Review   第一步 复习  (时间:15分钟)

 

1.(出示服装实物或图片,复习服装名称。)  (图略)

TLook at these clothes. Can you name them?

2.(呈现新服装的图片,学生阅读并查单词,然后把生词贴条和图片相配。)  (图略)

TYou can get the meanings of suitandcheongsamfrom the word lists on Page 133, then

   match the words with the right pictures.

(师生就上述两幅图问答,给出beautiful, active, smart, handsome)

TWhat do you think of the suit?

S1It’s nice/smart…

S2The man looks handsome.

(引导学生用wise这个词。)

(鼓励学生用不同的形容词来描述教师所呈现过的图片。)

3.T: Jane and Sarah are watching a fashion show. Let’s enjoy the pictures of the models.

 TWhat is the model wearing?

 SsShe is wearing a cheongsam.

 TCan you guess what it is made of?

 SsIt’s made of silk.

 TWhat are they wearing?

 S1I don’t know.

 S2I don’t know, either.

(导入对话的内容。)

 TOK, let’s turn to the dialog to find out the answers.

Step 2  Presentation    第二步 呈现  (时间:5分钟)

T Read the dialog by yourselves, try to find the answers of these questions.

Step 3   Consolidation    第三步 巩固  (时间:10分钟)

 

1.(让学生用准备好的图片表演对话。)

TNowplease practice the dialog with your partner. Then I’ll ask some pairs to act out the dialog in the front of the class.

(学生表演时可以使用黑板上所列出的关键问句。)

2.TWe know Jane and Sarah are watching a fashion show. Jane is telling Sarah about models. Who wants to help Jane to tell our class what she is saying.

(学生到讲台上从老师准备好的纸条中抽出一份,先读原句再转述给同学们。)

(2)The second model is wearing a minority costume.

(3)The third model is wearing a traditional Russian costume.

  TThen please write down these sentences in your excercise book.

 

Step 4  Practice   第四步 练习 (时间:5分钟)

 

1.Now let’s come to 1b. Finish the blanks according to the dialog.

(完成后核对答案:1.fashion 2.beautiful 3.traditional dress 4.minority costume 5.silk 6.traditional Russian costume 7.cool)

2.(出示2中人物图片和重要词语,师生对话。)

TWhat is he wearing?

S1He is wearing a suit.

TWhat do you think of his suit?

S2The suit makes him a wise man.

S3It makes him look handsome.

(依次出示其他图片并逐步过渡为学生间的互问互答。)

TWellyou did a great job. It’s very easy for us to complete the sentences in part 2. Let’s go through it quickly.

Step 5  Project   第五步 综合探究活动 (时间:10分钟)

 

1.(利用2中重点词语每组选出2位选手对学生穿衣情况进行描绘,然后让同学们猜出所描绘的是哪位同学。)

S1She is wearing a red dress. She has the best smile on her face. She looks very beautiful. Who is she?

(可以鼓励更多的人参与。)

2.(出示Page 963的图,老师引导学生以小组为单位完成。)

TNow, let’s discuss minority costumes in groups according to these pictures.

3.(小组讨论后,由一人把小组内的讨论结果公布给大家,大家可以写篇短文。)
